Thinking of applying?

1. Do I qualify for a secured loan?
Providing you are a homeowner, with a mortgage aged between 18 -65 (at the time of application) and with regular income you could qualify for a secured loan.

If you are unsure about ANYTHING in the loan pack we have sent you call your Customer Account Manager.


1. What should I do with the folder marked 'Your copy to keep?'
This folder details your loan offers so it’s important you keep this in a safe place. Most customers file it away with other financial documents.


2. Who should I ask to be my witness?
Your witness should not be a family member or someone who lives at your address. You should have known them for at least a year.


3. What do I need to send back to you?
You will need to sign and return your loan documents. Additional items such as identification and proof of income will be required; these are detailed on the letter in the loan pack. Any questions, please call your Customer Account Manager.
